Why does most of your clothes do not have lining?
We intentionally designed our clothes without lining unless it's absolutely necessary, as bochechas's concept is to design comfortable and breezy clothes specially for the hot and humid weather in Singapore, that's why we've selectively chosen to work with premium fabrics, most of them are appropriate to wear in single layer.
How are you sustainable as a brand?
We use recycled and biodegradable material for most of our packaging, our goal is to move to 100% recycled and biodegradable packging. We also use all the production offcut fabrics for hair pieces and face masks. But most important of all, our goal is to produce good quality clothes and timeless design that can last, because even though recycling is good, but that's also brings more energy consumption.
Shipping Policy
Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be processed and sent out within 2-3 business days.
Shipping rates:
- S$5 for 2-3 business days local delivery within Singapore
- Free local delivery for orders above S$100 within Singapore
- For international deliveries, tiered shipping rate per region will apply upon check out
- Free International delivery (by default shipper) to above locations for orders above S$500
Customer/recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes and fees that may be applied by the destination country. We do recommend to contact your local customs for more information.
Please kindly contact customer service (hello@bochechas.sg) for international deliveries to other locations.
Please ensure the delivery address you provided is correct, once package has been shipped, they cannot be re-called or re-directed. We will not be responsible for lost packages shipped with wrong address, items lost during mail will not be refunded in value.
Return & Exchange Policy
For orders placed online & GWC store, if you change your idea upon receipt of the goods, we accept returns within 10 days from the date your package is received. Items must be returned in original condition with the swing tags attached.
Please do email us with your order number before sending back the returned item. All exchanges or refund will be in the form of store credit, the store credits are valid for 120 days from the date of issue. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable service when returning items to us. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged for another item. Face masks and hair accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the garment is faulty*.
For orders placed at other stores or platforms, store policies are subject to their own stores policies.
We reserve the rights not to accept exchange and returns placed from different stores, please always try to reach out to our customer service before taking any actions.*If a garment is faulty, we will offer a repair or stock permitting, a replacement garment. If unfixable or unavailable, we will refund you. Please note, linen often has some inconsistencies in the weave. These are not faults but rather natural imperfections and part of the nature of the fabric.
Garment Care
All fabrics used for bochechas garments are natural and of the highest quality. In some cases, fabric (particularly linen) will have inconsistencies in the weave. These are not faults but rather natural imperfections and part of the nature of the fabric.
Natural materials like the linen and cotton we use, tend to absorb a lot, so we recommend treating any stains as quickly as possible to prevent permanent damage.
All fabrics have been specially selected for ease of washing and can all be washed at up to 30, sometimes 40 degrees in the washing machine (see your care label for details). However, the more a garment is washed, and the higher the temperature, the more wear over time. So to lengthen the life of your garment and as a bonus, help keep our planet healthy, we recommend only washing when completely necessary and at lower temperatures if possible!
We recommend drying your garments naturally, and preferably under the shades to prevent potential discoloring of the garments, and skipping the tumble dryer. A quick iron after washing isn’t always convenient or necessary, but it can leave garments looking as good as new.
A small note to say, linen garments will seem less soft once dried after washing, however, if you iron and gently steam the garment it will soften again. Or if you're not a fan of ironing, after leaving the garment for a few hours it should absorb natural moisture from the air and soften up in it's own time.

At bochechas, your satisfaction is always our top priority, and protecting your privacy and security is an important part of our job, therefore we are committed to handle all personal information with the greatest care and in compliance with the applicable data protection laws.
We will treat all of your information in strict confidence and we will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep your personal data secure once it has been transferred to our systems. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal data and data stored on our site and associated databases.
We recommend that you take measures to better protect the information you provide online. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. For security purposes, your password should not be written down and should be regularly reset. A strong password should not include easily obtainable personal data, should be at least 8 characters in length, and should be a combination of letters and numbers.
